Allow the thought in the back of your mind "wow you're gorgeous" or "you seem really nice" as you speak and let that feeling come through in your voice. "Good afternoon" can be warm and inviting as you like. Get colder if they act like you are moving too fast. If they really ARE gorgeous, find if they have anything besides looks to offer and be more demanding.
