When someone offers you abuse, or anything you do not really want, simply treat it as a gift and reject the gift. Practice this in your thoughts till you are excellent at it. And let them know when someone offers you a gift and you do not accept it, to whom does it belong. When someone tries to abuse you, cut you or anything, let them keep it for themselves!
