Think of an image of something you want and picture that on a screen down at the bottom of a ravine, picture singers chanting on the canyon walls telling you to go ahead and do it, and look down at that teeny screen and say "You're Mine" as you imagine yourself as a panther with muscles rippling ready to pounce down the canyon to take what you want.
