If you went out and walked in public settings without talking; at least you went out; pat yourself on the back for that. If you asked a question; let yourself know that was good a thing to do. Paintings and books can be edited and changed to be just perfect; real life is never perfect; there will always be some things that could be better; but so what? Acknowledge possible corrections one time; then Focus on what you did right;... think about the direction and do more of that; everything else will get better. Spend at least twice as much time thinking about the good parts; catch yourself if you slip.. think about the good parts of what you did and you will find yourself doing much more good much sooner.
