If you went out and walked in public settings without talking, at least you went out, pat yourself on the back for that. If you asked a question, let yourself know that was good a thing to do. Paintings and books can be edited and changed to be just perfect, real life is never perfect, there will always be some things that could be better, but so what? Acknowledge possible corrections one time, then Focus on what you did right,... think about the direction and do more of that, everything else will get better. Spend at least twice as much time thinking about the good parts, catch yourself if you slip.. think about the good parts of what you did and you will find yourself doing much more good much sooner.
