The Context_Reframe is when a change in setting or timing for the behavior changes the perception or meaning. For example, the characterization "He's too stingy" could be reframed by saying "Yes, that got his kids through college." Celine Dion made a great one when responding to her husbands gambling nature with "Thank god he gambled on me, mortgaged his home and got me the record deals that helped me to success." Consider what is a situation where the behavior would be different or appropriate. Ask yourself where could this behavior be really of value - like procrastinating about eating food is good to lose weight.
