Blow Away Bad Feelings
Have some bad feeling or memory? ... Take a deep breath of fresh air from outside; purse your lips and picture blowing up a balloon so the feeling goes with the air into the balloon; as you really blow out; you can picture the balloon inflating with unwanted air...
