You always approach pickups from an oblique angle; both in body; as you move; and in concepts offered; they are timid and you want them feel as comfortable around you as possible. Open your hands almost like offering a Hug. Keep your face relaxed and light; smile slightly; just a hint of a smile is nice. Recognize they are just a human and most likely not someone you will want but someone who has value and while you will probably find they are not right for you; are worth some exploration to see what they have to offer you and see how much fun you and they have together.
